Setup the Java Runtime Parameters:
1) Goto Start ->Settings-> Control Panel
2) Click Java icon (in case if  you don't see the Java icon, then click on the Switch to Classic View in the top left panel)
3) Click on the Java tab -> Click the 1st View button ->Change the Java Runtime Parameters: -Xmx200M
 
 
 
4) Restart the browser.
